Highway transportation is one of the important transportation modes of national economic operation and service industry development. It is also the basic way to realize the circulation of production factors and the exchange of products.Moreover, road freight transportation is based on different geographic zones. However, due to the difference in economic conditions of different geographic regions, their geographic areas, population and market structure are all different, so the transportation demand is also different.Based on the time series data of road freight from a large freight information service platform in China, this paper selects economic indicators related to road freight, divides regions by using spatial clustering analysis method, and then analyzes the characteristics of regional road freight.
