Shared traffic became a prevalent ways of travelling in China. It can produce a large amount of location data every day by car-sharing and bicycle-sharing. Those data can be used in the management of Traffic Police Command center, and to analyze the regulation of people’s travelling regarding the how, where, and who of road traffic errors, violations, and accidents. We establish the corresponding data models and methods to analyzing some specific scenarios that the results of the models can reducing regional congestion index and improve road safety with the aim to improve the traffic management decision or policy.
