Regional scale intercity cargo transport network structure and its spatial characteristics are important basis for regional and urban logistics system.For the research of cargo transport network spatial structure system and the current space consistency of public logistics facilities planning and construction, based on the Chinese mainland 334 local administrative region of the basic research unit, using the national highway freight logistics monitoring platform of vehicle track data, USES the complex network analysis method of freight vehicles flow spatial structure which is formed by the relationship between quantitative expression, and the use of GIS spatial visualization and spatial autocorrelation analysis method for the current urban logistics planning facilities with the actual flow network mapping relationship to carry on the check.The conclusion of this paper shows that the overall spatial structure of highway freight network in China presents the development characteristics of the coexistence of typical cluster and axial and radial networks.At the same time, some cities show the spatial difference between the logistics infrastructure and the actual level of goods transport, which to some extent reflects the spatial dislocation between the construction of urban logistics facilities and the actual transport behavior.
