Abstract: With the development of China's "One Belt And One Road" strategy, the development and research of international inland ports is more contemporary. As an important node of modern logistics industry, the pollution caused by ports cannot be ignored while promoting economic development. Building green ports is a key measure to enhance the competitiveness of international land ports and promote the development of modern logistics industry. Xi 'an international land port is superior and sensitive in China's geographical position. Under the background of "One Belt And One Road" and the national strategy of opening to the west, the development and construction of xi 'an international land port has a great impact on the economic development of the west and even the whole country. Based on the theoretical research on the green development of ports at home and abroad and combined with the research on the development of international inland ports, this paper constructed the evaluation index system of the green competitiveness of international inland ports, and data envelopment analysis (DEA) was used to evaluate the competitiveness of xi 'an international inland ports. At the same time, in improving the environmental management system and other aspects, this paper puts forward the green development path and innovation strategy of xi 'an international inland port, to promote the healthy and sustainable development of modern logistics industry.
