摘要
Large-less-than truck load transportation is a product of the LTL transportation market segmentation. Freight loading has become a factor affecting the development of enterprises who integrated transportation lines of large-less-than truck load. Considering the characteristics of large-less-than truck load, an optimization model of multi-vehicle and multi-variety cargo loading is established under the condition of sufficient transportation resources. The solution of the model is based on the principle of "cubage-weight ratio" loading. In the first stage, the heuristic algorithm of dynamic bulk ratio is designed to seek the vehicle combination with the minimum dispatch cost to meet the requirements of all cargo loading. In the second stage, an genetic algorithm based on maximize the comprehensive utilization ratio of vehicles and minimize the difference of cubage-weight ratio between the vehicle and loaded cargo. The chromosome encoding rules, punishing function and genetic operations has been designed. MATLAB is used to obtain the optimal solution. The results of case study show that the average difference of cubage-weight ratio between the 16 vehicles and loaded cargo is 0.07, which indicates that the weight utilization and the volume utilization is very close. The average comprehensive utilization rate of vehicles is 96.7%. The validity of the model and algorithm is verified.
