摘要
With the development of China's economy and the improvement of individuals' living standards, passengers' demand for travel is no longer merely satisfied with the realization of spatial displacement. The development of road passenger transport in the future will be the pursuit of high efficiency and high service quality. To further improve the service quality, road transportation enterprises should turn from humanized service to personalized service and implementing VIP customer business is a starting point to be considered. But there are still some problems in the actual implementation process.The article proposes that road transportation enterprises should use big data technology to screen out VIP passengers, accurately identify and track VIP passengers through face technology, and provide them with personalized services, so that VIP theory can be practically applied to the field of road passenger transport.
