In recent years, with the continuous development of social economy, the social demand for the transport of dangerous goods is increasing day by day, and the transport accidents of dangerous goods are also frequent. Due to the special nature of the transport of dangerous goods, the transport accidents of high frequency of dangerous goods will bring huge impact on the whole social economy, people's life and development environment. Due to the high risk of hazardous goods transportation industry, the variety of hazardous chemicals, the complexity of physical and chemical properties, potential risks and the uncertainty of accidents, the safety management of hazardous goods transportation has been highly valued by all sectors of society. Therefore, all levels of highway transport institutions will transport dangerous goods safety management as the top priority of industry management. This paper analyzes the existing problems of the transportation safety management of dangerous goods, and puts forward some basic management means from the perspective of the industry management department, hoping to find the long-term safety management mechanism of the transportation of dangerous goods. The transportation of dangerous goods is liable to cause serious and extremely serious road traffic accidents with large casualties, heavy economic losses, serious environmental damage and great social impact. Safety management should be more strictly carried out to prevent road traffic accidents. Therefore, the in-depth study of passenger safety management of dangerous goods has important practical significance and theoretical value for improving the level of safety prevention of dangerous goods transportation.
