To study ways to alleviate traffic congestion, we should first analyze the causes of traffic congestion and adopt corresponding methods to control traffic congestion. This paper studies the impact of different uncivilized traffic behaviors on the formation of traffic congestion from the perspective of uncivilized traffic behavior. It reviews the research on the causes of traffic congestion at home and abroad, analyzes the impact of relevant traffic behaviors on traffic congestion, and proposes the study of the impact of uncivilized traffic behavior on the formation of traffic congestion. On the basis of in-depth analysis of traffic behavior, the uncivilized traffic behavior of pedestrians is discussed separately. AnyLogic traffic simulation was carried out for the uncivilized phenomenon of pedestrian crossing. For the behavior of pedestrians crossing the road, the increase of pedestrian flow has a greater impact on traffic than the traffic of normal driving, and the impact of traffic on the roads on urban roads is of great significance to traffic control. When the system itself has traffic congestion, the impact on the system as a whole is significant, and the congestion is aggravated.
