The reliable operation of the logistics service supply chain is a key factor in improving logistics efficiency and service level. This study analyzed the structure of logistics service supply chain（LSSC），then measured its vulnerability. Thereafter, we clarified the vulnerability mechanism of LSSC to reduce the vulnerability of LSSC and promote its sustainable development. Based on the complex network theory, this study reconstructed the running mechanism of logistics service providers, integrators and demanders, and proposed an improved structure model of LSSC. By selecting the clustering coefficient, the maximum connectivity and the network connectivity efficiency as the measurement indicators, the change of indicators of the LSSC is analyzed under the deliberate attacks and the random attacks. The results showed that the destructive power of deliberate attacks is far greater than the damage caused by random attacks, and the disruption of logistics service integrators will greatly increase the vulnerability of the LSSC. However even if logistics service integrators are completely destroyed, the the logistics service supply chain can operate at a lower efficiency.
