摘要
In recent years, the participation of online ride-hailing drivers in the market has been the focus of scholars. In order to study the factors that affect the entry and exit of online ride-hailing drivers in the market, this paper establishes a utility threshold model applicable to the entry and exit of online ride-hailing drivers, and discusses the internal and external factors that affect the entry and exit of online ride-hailing drivers. In the past few decades, scholars have not refined the weights among various influencing factors when studying the utility threshold model, and the model lacks clear connotation. Therefore, based on previous studies, this paper improves the model, and carries out simulation and parameter analysis. The research shows that the internal influencing factors of online ride-hailing drivers have a positive impact on the decision-making of online ride-hailing drivers in and out of the market, while the external factors have a negative impact on the decision-making of online ride-hailing drivers in and out of the market. The informal organization within the ride-hailing drivers, interpersonal communication and opinions among ride-hailing drivers can positively influence the number of drivers in the ride-hailing market. Therefore, compared with issuing various external policies, it is of great significance for the government to fundamentally manage the ride-hailing drivers, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and promote the healthy and stable development of the market.
