摘要
Aiming at the problems that the wired power transmission mode of automatic guided vehicle (AGV) needs to be charged regularly, which increases the additional charging time, resulting in the discontinuity of work and the potential safety hazards in the process of plugging in and out, the design scheme of AGV dynamic wireless power transmission system is proposed. Because the AGV circulates back and forth on the whole running track, and stops regularly at both ends of the running guide rail according to the work requirements to install goods, load and unload materials and carry personnel, and change the running direction, the two ends of the guide rail are set as static wireless charging stations to realize the fast charging design at the ends, so as to improve the working efficiency of the AGV.
