Most patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) are asymptomatic, the causes of CKD are diverse, and the diagnosis process is complex. It needs to be diagnosed through serum chemical characteristics and routine screening of urine, so it is difficult to detect CKD in the early stage. We analysis the relationship between CKD and hypertension by the available physical examination data, and it lays a foundation for the prediction of CKD. Firstly, Kruskal-Wallis (K-W test) test prove the correlation between different age, gender, uric acid, creatinine and urea nitrogen and hypertension and CKD. According to the category of data, Pearson and Kendall correlation coefficients are used to measure the positive correlation between the above variables and disease. According to the result that the above factors are positively correlated with two diseases, we suspect that there is a correlation between different grades of hypertension and CKD, and the conjecture is verified by K-W test. It is proved that there is a positive correlation between them through Pearson correlation coefficient. Thus, we can conclude that patients with higher grade of hypertension have a greater probability of suffering or the higher the severity of CKD.
