摘要
The new generation of aircraft refrigeration subsystem uses stepper motors to drive the servo valve as the drive source, and utilizes the holding torque and open loop control characteristics of the stepper motor when the stepper motor stops to meet requirements of aircraft for the controllability and reliability of the opening and closing angle of the servo valve. A two-phase hybrid stepping motor driven servo valve is selected as the research object. The motor control adopts the three-phase inverter SPWM control strategy. The topology saves about 25% power drive hardware. The test and simulation results show that the SPWM control strategy of the three-phase inverter can complete the micro-stepping control of the two-phase hybrid stepping motor perfectly. Especially when the motor works at a higher speed, it expands the application field of the electric drive servo valve and improves the control performance of the aircraft refrigeration subsystem.
