Dynamic Model-based Digital Twin for Crack Detection of Aeroengine Disk

       Disk is the core component of an aeroengine and its failure is outrageous in aeroengine casings. Therefore, it is important to carry out research on the health management of aeroengine disk. Digital twin technology is promising to monitor the condition of aeroengine disk. In this study, the digital twin model of the aeroengine disk is constructed to realize the online detection of disk unbalance and crack failure. Firstly, the digital model of the aeroengine disk is constructed through dynamics analysis. Then, the digital model parameters are updated and identified by the proposed nonlinear least squares method to realize the digital prototype of the aeroengine disk. In the area of working speed, the results have better replicability. Finally, the feasibility of the method is verified by the data obtained from the experiments using the method proposed in this paper.
