Vertical vehicle bridge coupling dynamic response analysis of medium and low speed maglev train based on flexible beam

In order to effectively analyze the dynamic behavior of medium and low speed maglev train bridge, the vehicle bridge coupling model of double suspension frame based on flexible beam is established according to the motion state of carriage and suspension frame, and the suspension and vibration are studied based on Simulation and experiment. The deflection of the flexible beam under the action of the model is verified by modeling and simulation, and the suspension gap, track deflection, track vibration, carriage vibration and other key factors are studied by experiments to deeply analyze the vehicle bridge vibration. The results show that: the first natural frequency of Q345C steel structure track beam is 7.48Hz, and the deflection experiment data has a high fitting degree with the model solution results (the maximum error is limited within 2mm). In addition, in the process of the experiment, the analysis of the suspension gap shows that the current suspension gap fluctuates greatly, and the train may "drop point". From the analysis of track correlation, it can be seen that the peak value of mid span acceleration is 0.232m/s2. For the suspension frame and carriage, the vibration is in a controllable state, and the track deflection deformation will have a certain impact on the suspension vibration, but after the secondary suspension filtering, the carriage vibration is effectively reduced, which can achieve better stability conditions.
