摘要
Reluctance is one of the reasons that cause the thrust fluctuation of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor, and it has a significant impact on the application of the motor in the field of precision driving. For this reason, this paper proposes a permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (SSC-PMLSM) with a single-stage convex stepped auxiliary tooth structure to reduce the thrust fluctuation caused by the end effect. First, the end magnetic resistance of SSC-PMLSM is analyzed based on the lateral force method, and the auxiliary tooth width when the motor magnetic end force is minimized is derived. Then, combined with the dislocation method to further reduce the thrust fluctuation of the motor. Finally, taking 6-slot 7-pole PMLSM as an example, using finite element simulation and experiments, the results prove that this method can effectively weaken the magnetic resistance fluctuation caused by the end effect.
