Winding segmented permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is widely used in long distance transportation, packaging and other occasions. In order to solve the problem of control performance degradation caused by load resistance, parameter perturbation and electromagnetic parameter changes between segments, a variable parameter mathematical model of winding segmented permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is established, and a speed sliding mode variable structure controller is designed. The simulation and experimental results show that the designed speed sliding mode controller has better dynamic performance and robustness than the traditional PID controller, the sliding mode control algorithm can effectively suppress the speed fluctuation when the mover moves between segments.
