This paper proposed a complementary split-ring resonator (CSRR) with high transmissivity, we analyzed the influence of structural parameter adjustment on the transmission phase. Subsequently, in order to achieve the broadband characteristics of the transmission array antenna, the multi-layer stacking method was used to broaden the phase response range of the unit. Finally, a 17×17 transmission array was formed using the principle of spatial phase compensation, which realized the function of converting the spherical wave of the feed horn antenna into a plane wave. Compared with the reference horn antenna, the transmissive antenna array proposed in this paper can significantly increase the gain and optimize the directivity of the pattern.
