 The carbonate reef sedimentary outcrop of Feixianguan Formation of Lower Triassic in Jiwangdong is located in Jisong Village, Dazhou City, Northeastern Sichuan Province. The outcrop field scale is 1,500 m wide and 427 m high, located in the Daba Mountains Frontal zone in Northeastern Sichuan Basin. It is difficult to investigate the high-steep outcrop by conventional research methods. In view of the shortcomings of the data acquisition method of the outcrop reservoir knowledge database of the field carbonate reef sedimentary, the data model of the UAV oblique image acquisition processing in the high-steep field outcrop area has three-dimensional coordinates (latitude, longitude, altitude) corresponding to the image information,which can accurately locate and measure the geological scale. Based on the information collected, the reservoir knowledge database of outcrop field is established, and the internal 3D geological model of typical outcrop block in carbonate reef is established. Research shows that : ( 1 ) The reservoir skeleton model parameters and geological statistical parameters of Jiwangdong outcrop field are statistically analyzed, and the reservoir knowledge database of Jiwangdong carbonate reef sedimentary outcrop area is established. The main parameters of establishing geological knowledge database include reservoir genesis, sand body continuity and scale, sand body quantity and relative proportion, sand body geometry, variation function and so on . ( 2 ) Based on the virtual well location setting, lithology calibration and the aforementioned reservoir knowledge database, the three-dimensional stratigraphic-structural model and lithology model of the carbonate sedimentary outcrop field in Jiwangdong are firstly established by using the method of geostatistical variation function. It is important guiding significance for the next step in outcrop  characterization and carbonate reef reservior exploration.
