国内访学中的大学英语教师学术身份建构探究——一项自我研究（参加优秀论文奖评选 夏敏）

       本研究采用自我研究的方法，深入探讨了第一作者在国内访学中的学术实践经历是如何影响其学术身份的构建。本文为历时研究，通过分析作者访学一年的学术学习经历和感受的详细记录，最终发现本文第一作者逐渐出现了学术身份的萌芽，但一年的访学经历不足以建立稳固的学术身份。同时，本研究还发现访学教师的学术身份建构与其参加各种学术活动，尤其是持续主动的学术投入和导师的引领紧密相关，且访学机构和国家层面的政策与学术支持也非常有必要。



        This paper uses self-study to consider how the first author’s academic practice in the “Visiting Scholar Program” influenced her in constructing identity as teacher researcher. As a longitudinal study, her one year’ academic learning experience and feelings were recorded and analyzed. The study shows that the author established an emerging academic identity. And it also shows that one year’s academic visit is insufficient to fully establish an academic identity. Various academic development activities, in particular teachers’ ongoing self-directed learning should be exploited. Political and academic support should be available at the institutional and national levels.
