智慧教育背景下的大学英语教师口语测评素养：现状、问题与对策

教师测评素养是教师专业素养的重要组成部分，是影响其课堂教学成效的关键因素之一。在智慧教育对教师专业素养提出新要求的背景下，调查了解教师测评素养形态、探讨教师测评素养发展策略，对于顺应智慧教育新变化，落实课程目标，培养和提升学生学科素养，具有重要意义。本研究在梳理国内外教师测评素养相关文献、厘清英语教师测评素养的内涵与构成要素的基础上，采用问卷调查法，了解西部高校大学英语教师口语测评素养现状，分析存在的问题，并探讨提升大学英语教师口语测评素养的对策。

Teacher assessment literacy is an important component of teachers’ professional competence, and one of the key factors affecting teaching as well. As intelligent education poses new requirements for teacher assessment literacy, it is important to investigatie teacher assessment literacy and its development strategies so as to adapt to new changes in intelligent education, and better implementt curriculum goals and cultivate students’ core competencies. On the basis of previous studies of language teacher assessment literacy, a questionnaire survey is conducted to find out the current situation of and existing problems in College English teacher assessment literacy. The strategies to develop College English teacher assessment literacy are also discussed.
