摘要
 In recent years, with the rapid development of Xinjiang Power Grid, the characteristics of UHV AC/DC hybrid power grid have been shown. The grid structure has gradually become stronger, but there are still problems of voltage, power angle and frequency instability. Therefore, Xinjiang power grid is equipped with a large number of safe and stable control systems, which play a vital role for the safe and reliable operation of the power grid. However, the existing test technology for safe and stable control systems cannot achieve a comprehensive test of on-site operating equipment. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes to use the existing power dispatching data network and the dedicated 2M communication channel between stations to establish a distributed collaborative test platform for a safe and stable control system. Based on the distributed all-digital real-time simulation (ADPSS) technology and power communication network, the platform has designed remote interface devices and field test devices, and studied the information between the distributed ADPSS platform and field test devices Transmission mechanism and synchronization test among field test devices, etc., so as to realize the remote, online, real-time, closed-loop comprehensive test of the safe and stable control system. The platform can effectively improve the standardization of safety and stability control system inspection and joint debugging, reduce the manpower and material investment involved in cross-regional system joint debugging and maintenance, and greatly improve the safe and reliable operation of the safety and stability control system.
