摘要
Interior permanent magnet synchronous motors (IPMSMs) show excellent performances in many aspects. Nevertheless, their strong nonlinearities bring enormous challenges to precise control in a servo drive. In view of little computational effort and constant switching frequency, deadbeat controller is a good option for IPMSMs to realize high-bandwidth current control, but the method is quite dependent on exact PMSM model. Hence, this paper proposes an improved deadbeat predictive current control algorithm combined with precise polynomial flux linkage model. Smaller discretization error is introduced, and the computation is simple enough. The predictive trajectory problem is also addressed in this paper. The co-simulation conducted between finite element software and MATLAB demonstrates the excellent performance of the proposed control strategy over a wide current range.
