摘要
The microgrid(MG) including energy storage sys-tem (vanadium redox flow battery, VRFB) can effectively solve the random, intermittent and uncontrollable problems of wind energy, photovoltaic and other renewable energy output power. However, the performance of the VRFB directly determines the power quality of the MG. The VRFB has the disadvantage of low power and energy density. Therefore, it is very important to improve the performance of components without developing new materials. In this paper, an improved interdigital flow field is designed to improve the overall performance of VRFB. The simulation results show that this method can effectively improve the performance of vanadium flow batteries(VRFBs). This re-search provides a reference for future VRFBs flow field design and battery overall performance improvement.
