This paper presents effects of inverter non-linearity, current sampling deviation and high frequency injected signal on vibration for a marine permanent magnet  propulsion synchronous motor (PMSM) without position sensor.  By using an embedded notch filter, major characteristic  harmonic contained in position estimated and motor vibration  are attenuated, and high frequency noise signal is suppressed at  the same time. A random algorithm based on a two-state  Markov chain is presented to realize randomization of injected  frequency. The random algorithm is effective in homogenizing  current spectrum and reducing motor vibration peak value
caused by high frequency signal injected. Finally, the correctness of theoretical analysis and effectiveness of the proposed strategy are verified by simulation.
