We consider the problem of range-Doppler imaging of one-bit phase-modulated continuous-wave (PMCW) radar which utilizes one-bit sampling with time-varying thresholds at the receiver. We formulate the range-Doppler estimation problem
as a sparse signal recovery problem and adopt the majorizationminimization (MM) approach to solve it efficiently. We use logsum penalty to obtain the sparse solution and derive the detailed updating formula for each MM iteration. Numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed
range-Doppler estimation algorithm for one-bit PMCW radar
