This paper investigates a MIMO radar that works through the one-bit sampling of the received noisy signals, in order to significantly reduce the hardware cost, energy consumption, and data storage.
The joint angle and Doppler frequency estimations from noisy one-bit data are studied.
To avoid the off-grid problem, the gridless parameter estimation problem is formulated by exploiting the inherent structure of the target information matrix.
Then a computationally efficient algorithm based on the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) approach is developed to solve the problem.
Numerical experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
