In recent years, airborne terahertz synthetic aperture radar (terahertz SAR), which has many advantages such as high imaging resolution and high imaging frame rate, is widely used in imaging. However, the phase of echo signal is very sensitive to the vibration of radar platform. So it is necessary to estimate and compensate the vibration error. We analyze the influence of platform vibration on echo signal, which reflects the necessity of vibration compensation. Then we introduce a dual-channel vibration compensation method based on along-track interferometry (ATI) used in synthetic aperture ladar (SAL), and apply it to the airborne terahertz SAR. The simulation results of point target imaging experiments show the effectiveness of the dual-channel method.
