We investigate the influence of disorder effect on the ground state coherence of a annular dipole three-well system. The influence of the polarization direction on the coherence of the system is determined, and the relationship between the polarization direction and the coherence is given. The coherence enhancement of the system is obtained by making a difference between the coherence after adding disorder and that without adding disorder. A phase diagram of the interaction in the trap and the interaction between the dipole and the trap is derived, and it is found that three regions are differentiated in the phase diagram, and each region has distinct characteristics. Finally we obtain the regular pattern that disorder affects coherence.
