A RF Window is designed and produced for EAST ICRF systems shown in figure 1[1-3]. A cylinder RF window (Fig. 1(a)) are used an Al2O3 ceramic. In the section the RF analysis is described in the paper. The voltage and electric field in the RF windows is calculated by CST microwaves. The E- and B-field results are given at the fed power 1.5MW which is the design power capacity for EAST unit ICRF window. The electromagnetic field distributions are given on the section along the axial. From the figure we can find the maximum values of E- and B-field are 7.3kV/m and 10.9kA/m at frequency 35MHz that is lower than the breakdown threshold. The surface current of three dimension RF window is simulated. The maximum value of surface current is 8.6kA/m in figure 1(b). The scattering matrix S11 and S21 are simulated. The reflection coefficient of port is sufficiently low at the operation frequency range. The electromagnetic characteristic also met the ITER vacuum window RF parameters that help us to carry ITER vacuum window project.
