Topological structure has been proved to have advantages on bone regeneration. The main purpose of this study is to gain an understanding of the optimal scaffold structure. Based on TPMS-method, five different structures: Rhombic dodecahedron(A), Triangular hexahedron(B), spherical(C), parallelogram hexahedron(D), and octahedron(E) were designed and fabricated by SLM in this study. Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were used to investigate the performance of antibacterial and MC3T3-E1 cells was used for biocompatibility evaluation. The results indicated that differences in pore geometry affect the bacteriostasis and cytotoxicity, which offers a novel solution for the design of surgical customized-implants.concentration of target element. In general, Triangular hexahedron was predicted to have the best comprehensive performance. The research indicated that difference in topological structure affects the bacteriostasis and cytotoxicity, which offered an novel solution for the design of surgical customized-implants.
