Based on the recent projects of the Ministry-oriented "Construction of Monitoring and Assessment System for the Implementation of Territorial spatial planning" and "Index System for Examination and Assessment of Urban High-quality Development", this paper investigates the detailed-oriented evaluation methods: 1. Grading: From the four scales of national -provincial -city and county -community. To determine the different goals and priorities of physical examination evaluation; 2. Time-sensitive discrimination: Determine the different goals and priorities of real time monitoring, periodical assessment and necessary early warning according to the needs of management application; 3. Classification: Detailed-oriented monitoring and evaluation methods for different functional areas; 4. Diversified service forms such as consultation, system platform, light application of APP, etc.
