Research of city renovation ‘s economic evaluation structure and system construction

Economic assessment is an important reference for volume index of urban renewal project ,however, in the actual , Urban Renewal Authority is short of guidance and effective means of checking the urgent need to establish for the project application submitted by the main economic assessment outcomes.To solve this problem, this paper is based on the previous studies on urban renewal and evaluation attempts to establish a quantitative and qualitative analysis system and study the economic assessment model for urban renewal projects, meanwhile,set up the corresponding data management platform and application analysis tools to achieve standardized management of economic assessment work in order to correctly handle the economic evaluation and urban renewal unit planning to provide a decision-making platform and basis. The article explores new ideas and methods in the process of economic evaluation of urban renewal projects: researching the economic evaluation and calculation model and economic evaluation system for urban renewal projects, aim as to providing an automatic measuring mechanism for the comparative analysis of multi-projects of urban renewal projects; mapping various types of urban renewal Levels, project information, planning data, urban POI data, and other multi-source data for resource integration and management by applying GIS technology and database management platform , aim as to providing basis for the determination of cost parameters; studying refinement model management based on BIM and 3D GIS, aim as to providing a dynamic update mechanism for data to achieve procedural, automated, and precise management of economic indicators for urban regeneration projects.
