摘要
Abstract—With the rapid development of smart grid and regional interconnection grid, the research on the stability of modern power system is becoming more and more important. When the power system is disturbed, there will be low frequency oscillations in the system, if not suppressed; it may lead to the loss of stability of the system. Therefore, the excitation system of generator should be put into power system stabilizer (PSS).This article proposes an optimization scheme of power system stabilizer (PSS) of excitation system based on-line frequency response characteristic analysis. The mathematical model of excitation system of generator is established by using power system analysis comprehensive program (PSASP7), and the parameters of PSS model are optimized. Through simulation and performance measurement, it is verified that PSS has a good suppression effect on the low frequency oscillation of power grid frequency between 0.1Hz and 2.0Hz.
