Most of the international guests will need a visa to enter China. Please check your local Chinese Consulates General for how to apply VISA to China.

It is your responsibility to make appropriate action to obtain the VISA on time. 

For the VISA application we strongly recommend that you start the visa application process as soon as possible, if you need an invitation letter from the ICOPE-2019 organizers, please send us the complete VISA information form indicated below.

Please fill the VISA form with the accurate information from your passport and send it to donald@aconf.org.

The electronic version of the invitation letter will be available within 5 working days.

For a citizen of Singapore, Brunei or Japan with an ordinary passport is exempted from a visa if he/she visits China's mainland for tourism purpose, business, or meeting and stays for no more than 15 days.

The ICOPE-2019 Secretariat will use the personal information (name of applicant, contact information, email address) only for the purposes of VISA applying documentation to enter China. The said information will not be employed beyond this scope of intended use. Personal information will never be provided to third parties and will be strictly supervised to ensure the proper handling by the ICOPE-2019 secretariat.
