摘要录用
Flue gas recirculation technology is one of the most commonly used low nitrogen combustion technologies. In this paper, the effect of swirl number on the combustion and emissions characteristics of a perforated burner with a swirler is discussed when the flue gas recirculation technology is used. A CFD model is used in a three-dimensional domain to simulate the effect of the number of swirls by changing the angle of the swirler , it is found that when the number of swirls increases from 0.1 to 0.9, the emission of NOx decreases gradually , and the combustion flame will be shorter. When the number of swirls reaches the state of strong swirls, the emission will not change with the increase of the number of swirls, and the flame shape will basically remain unchanged. Then the FGR rate is changed when the swirl number is 0.6. It's easy to find out that with the increase of the FGR rate from 0% to 25%, the emission of flue gas decreases gradually, the flame length increases, and there is a distinct de-ignition under high FGR rate. At the same time, when the swirl number is 0.6 and the FGR rate is 10%, the existence of premixer can reduce NOx emission. These studies provide a reference for the design of a new perforated burner with a swirler and flue gas recirculation.
