Invetigation of co-pyrolysis characteristics of illegal cooking oil and diesel in high temperture
illegal cooking oil; co-pyrolysis; thermogravimetric analysis
摘要录用
In this study, pyrolysis and co-pyrolysis characteristics of illegal cooking oil and fossil fuel (diesel) were investigated by TG-DSC and GC. Co-pyrolysis properties of their various ratio of bio-diesel to diesel were compared to describe bio-diesel effects on pyrolysis as reducing agent in metal reduction smelting process, and to interpret the synergistic interactions between the bio-diesel with fossil fuel. Results of this study have shown that the illegal cooking oil can be thermally decomposed into small molecule gases with diesel very beneficially. As the moral ration of the illegal cooking oil to diesel increases, the H2 content decreases. However, the contents of CO and carbon increase. High reaction temperature contributes to hydrogen generation from oil cracking. The contents of H2,CO and carbon were 35.7 mol/l-oil, 7.9 mol/l-oil and 41.2 mol/l-oil at 1200℃. As the diesel content of the fuel mixture increases, the contents of Pyrolysis products are found to be a slight change that of the diesel. Therefore, it can be said that the interaction of mixture from illegal cooking oil and diesel is very obvious.
