Biomass boilers often have problems such as ash deposition and corrosion during operation. In order to study this problem, it was necessary to find out the various determinants of the dew point of the biomass boiler flue gas and to determine the dew point accurately. This article took a 130t/h biomass circulating fluidized bed boiler as the research object, and conducted the dew point test on site. In front of the precipitator, heat exchange tubes of different materials were installed. By setting the different temperatures of the tubes to observe the characteristics of ash deposition and corrosion, the low temperature characteristics such as the dew point of the flue gas were summarized and analyzed, and the dew point of the flue gas of the biomass boiler can be approximated. The ash deposition test was conducted on site for 8 hours and 72 hours, and a large number of experimental data and ash samples were obtained. The ash deposits were observed and analyzed by SEM. The relationship between the ash composition and the temperature of heating surface was obtained. And the influencing factors of the dew point in biomass boilers were analyzed.
