A Safety Evaluation Method of Supercritical Boiler

Chinese supercritical power boilers has ranked number one in the world, high parameter and large capacity are one feature of supercritical boilers in China. Supercritical boiler is a complex system, the factors affecting its safety involve many aspects. Due to use many new technologies, new materials and harsh service conditions, many new problems emerge, such as bad material properties, accelerated aging, and increased security risks. Accurate safety evaluation of supercritical boilers has become an urgent demand for the management of thermal power plant.
In this article, risk factors affecting boiler safety involving equipment status, operating conditions and technical management, were comprehensively analyzed. A multi-level structure model was developed on the basis of above analysis. According to a vague comprehensive theory, evaluation set was determined and state factor set was given. Using binary tree classification algorithm, the security grade of supercritical boiler was confirmed. The results improve the safety management of supercritical boilers, and provide an important scientific basis for the security evaluation of supercritical boiler.
