摘要录用
The characteristic of liquid mixing and flow field in submerged top-blow processes is studied by the planar laser induced fluorescence technology. The liquid mixing effects are analyzed with aid of the plane mixing uniformity U(t) and the mixing time t95 under different air flow rates and lance submerged depths. The results show that the liquid mixing process can be divided into three stages according to the value of U, the beginning stage (1>U>0.9), the interim stage ((0.9>U>0.1) and the end stage (0.1>U>0). And U drops slowly at the beginning and end stages, but rapidly at the interim stage. The t95 decreases substantially as the air flow rate or the lance submerged depth increases. Regional mixing difference is observed when the lance submerged depth is shallow. It decreases obviously with the increase of the air flow rate and lance submerged depth, and disappears when the lance reaches the bottom of the reactor.
