发动机制动技术作为汽车辅助制动技术中的重要一项,以其成本低廉、性能可靠、制动功率高等优点而得到普遍应用。
本文阐述了发动机制动技术的发展,详细论述了发动机制动的工作原理和目前的技术发展现状。并以CA6DL发动机为研究对象,首先根据整车制动功率对发动机制动功率的要求,确定发动机制动方式类型为顶置式压缩释放式。进而对该发动机制动系统进行结构设计,建立各零件三维实体设计模型,完成制动器装配。最后,对更改与增加的新零件进行有限元分析,对部分部件进行改进。总之,通过选型与结构设计、有限元分析以及用GT-Power软件仿真模拟发动机制动性能的过程,完成制动凸轮发动机制动系统设计。
本文基于CATIA三维设计技术,将制动凸轮发动机制动技术应用于汽车制动系统中,对发动机辅助制动技术的研究开发具有一定的参考价值。
As an important part of the vehicle auxiliary braking technology, engine braking technology is widely used due to its low cost, reliable performance and high braking power.
This paper describes the development of engine braking technology, and discusses in detail the working principle of engine braking and the current state of technology development. Taking the CA6DL engine as the research object, firstly, according to the requirements of the braking power of the whole vehicle to the engine braking power, it is determined that the type of engine braking mode is the overhead compression type. Then the structural design of the engine braking system is carried out, and the three-dimensional solid design model of each part is established to complete the brake assembly. Finally, finite element analysis of the new parts with changes and additions is made to improve some of the components. In summary, through the selection and structural design, finite element analysis and simulation of the engine braking performance with GT-Power software, the brake cam engine braking system design is completed.
Based on CATIA three-dimensional design technology, this paper applies brake cam engine braking technology to automobile braking system, which has certain reference value for the research and development of engine auxiliary braking technology.
