水煤浆热解产物分布、组成及产率对水煤浆高效燃烧/气化有重要影响。本文针对不同浓度的水煤浆,利用加热炉进行快速热解,对其产生的热解气、热解焦的产率、组成及成分进行测量分析,研究热解温度、水煤浆浓度等因素对水煤浆热解特性的影响。研究表明,随着温度的升高,热解挥发分产量增大,热解焦减少,热解焦油极少。挥发分的组成主要是H2、CO、CH4、H2O,并随着温度的升高,H2、CO产率增大,CH4产率会出现峰值。水煤浆浓度的不同主要影响了热解产物分布和产率。研究结果为了解和掌握水煤浆一次热解产物的生成特性提供了参考。

The distribution, composition and yield of pyrolysis products of coal water slurry (CWS) have an important influence on the efficient combustion/gasification of coal water slurry. In this paper, for different concentrations of coal water slurry, rapid pyrolysis is carried out in a heating furnace, and the yield, composition and content of pyrolysis gas and pyrolysis char produced were measured and analyzed. The effects of temperature and slurry concentration on the pyrolysis characteristics of CWS were studied. It has been shown that with the increase of temperature, the yield of pyrolysis volatiles increases and the residue char decreases while the pyrolysis tar becomes rare. The main compositions of volatile matter are H2, CO, CH4, and H2O. With the increase of temperature, the yields of H2 and CO increase, and the yield of CH4 rises first and then descends. The difference in the concentration of coal water slurry mainly affects the distribution and yield of pyrolysis products. The research results provided a reference for understanding the formation characteristics of primary pyrolysis products of coal water slurry.
