基于二氧化硫浓度的燃煤锅炉烟气酸露点实验及计算式研究

为准确预测燃煤电站锅炉烟气酸露点,并寻求更加适用于实际生产的烟气酸露点计算公式,采用自行设计的基于一维炉燃烧系统的烟气酸露点试验装置,对不同煤种进行了试验研究。试验数据表明,烟气酸露点与二氧化硫浓度的测量值存在较强的相关性。因此,根据测量数值提出了一种基于烟气中二氧化硫浓度的燃煤电站锅炉烟气酸露点计算公式。随后,对广东某1000MW机组空预器出口烟气酸露点进行了现场测量,并利用实测数值和国内外相关测量数据对该计算公式和常用烟气酸露点计算公式的计算精度进行了分析。结果表明,提出的计算公式较常用酸露点计算式具有更高的计算精度,且理论数值与现场测量结果相比误差不超过3℃。
In order to accurately predict the acid dew point in flue gas of coal-fired utility boilers, and to seek a more suitable formula of acid dew point for actual operation, a self-designed device of acid dew point is used to test different kinds of coal. The device is based on one-dimensional furnace combustion system. The experimental data shows that there is a strong correlation between the acid dew point of flue gas and the sulfur dioxide concentration. According to the measured values, a calculation formula of acid dew point based on the sulfur dioxide concentration in flue gas is proposed. Subsequently, the acid dew point of flue gas at the outlet of air preheater of a 1000MW unit in Guangdong Province is measured on the field, and the accuracy of the formula and the common formulas is analyzed by using the measured values and the relevant measured data in recent years. The result shows that the calculation formula proposed in this paper has higher accuracy than the common ones, and the theoretical errors are less than 3℃ compared with the field measured results.
