In the CO2 stripping process of the urea unit, the temperature of the high-temperature scrubber is usually 145 ℃, and the temperature is reduced to 120 ℃ after circulating water. The high-pressure scrubber is used for cooling, and the temperature of the tempering water is 300 t/h, and a large amount of low-temperature waste heat resources exist. The organic Rankine cycle is a Rankine cycle with low boiling organics as the working fluid. In order to use the urea high-pressure scrubber to temperature-regulated water, set up the organic Rankine cycle system to recover low temperature waste heat. The heat energy taken away by the circulating water is converted into electric energy to achieve the purpose of improving energy utilization. The system was designed with a capacity of 1200 kW. And by changing the operating parameters such as heat source flow, heat source temperature, working fluid flow, evaporation temperature and condensation temperature, the operation of variable working conditions is analyzed. It is concluded that the total net power generation is 1183.6 kW, the thermal efficiency is 9.99% and the exergy efficiency is 31.82%.
