User-side energy storage system has many advantages, such as fast response speed, not limited by geographical conditions and so on. It can solve the problems of mismatch between power production and consumption and poor power grid channel, and greatly improve the stability of power system. With the increasing application of user-side energy storage system, its operation mode and commercial investment value have attracted much attention in the industry. Based on the analysis of the current energy storage related technologies and policies in China, a kind of business mode of user-side Lithium battery energy storage system is established, which includes the capacity design, electricity tariff measurement and settlement methods, etc. Moreover,an economic analysis model for user-side Lithium battery energy storage system is built considering different charging /discharging operation strategies.The results show that in Jiangsu, Guangdong and Beijing provinces with large price difference between peak and valley, the investment user-side energy storage system has a certain degree of economy.
用户侧储能系统具有响应速度快、不受地理条件限制等诸多优点,能够解决电力生产与消费不匹配、电网通道不畅的问题,能够极大地提高电力系统的稳定性。随着用户侧储能系统应用得越来越多,其运营模式和商业投资价值备受行业内的关注。本文在分析中国现行储能相关技术和政策的基础上,提出了用户侧锂电池储能系统的运营模式,如容量设计、电费计量和结算方式等内容。并在此基础上,考虑储能不同充放电运行策略,建立了用户侧锂电池储能系统经济性分析模型。结果表明,在江苏、广东和北京等峰谷价差较大的省份,投资用户侧储能系统具备一定的经济性。
