With the development of smart grid and energy Internet technology and the acceleration of low-carbon energy and power transformation, electric Power demand side management（DSM）, as an early energy management method, has changed in technology, business model and so on. The idea of orderly opening up competitive business in the further reform of the electric power system is gradually implemented. Participation of social capital in electricity distribution and sale business has brought important influence on the construction of effective competitive market structure and market system. This paper starts with the current situation of integrated energy service enterprises participating in power market under the new electricity reform, analyses the ways of DSM to guide users to use electricity reasonably and promote energy saving and emission reduction, so as to promote sustainable economic development. Secondly, the key technologies and implementation obstacles of DSM for the Development of Power Supply-Demand Coupling are reviewed in detail. Considering electricity spot market and ancillary services market. Thirdly, it is discussed how to promote and develop the DSM through competitive market mechanism for integrated energy service enterprises. Finally, based on the national conditions, the implementation stages and recommendations of DSM for promoting integrated energy services are proposed.
随着智能电网、能源互联网技术的发展和低碳能源、电力转型的加快，电力需求侧管理作为早期的一种能源管理方法，在技术、商业模式等方面也在变化。新一轮电改有序放开竞争性业务的思路逐步推开，社会资本参与配售电业务为建有效竞争的市场结构和市场体系带来了重要影响。本文从新电改下综合能源服务企业参与售电市场的现状着手，分析了电力需求侧管理引导用户合理用电、促进节能减排，从而促进经济持续发展的方式，详细阐述了电力需求侧管理将向支撑电力供需耦合方向发展的关键技术和实施路线，结合电力现货市场中的辅助服务市场，对综合能源服务企业做好电力需求侧管理促进自身业务发展进行了展望，提出了电力需求侧管理促进综合能源服务实施步骤与建议。
