Research on the Key Technical Problems of Inland Shore Power 内河岸电关键技术难题研究

Shore power is an important part of China's efforts to develop a low-carbon economy, reduce carbon emissions, effectively address climate change and promote green water transport. Seaport shore power has been applied more mature in China, but the inland shore power is faced with such key technical problems as large water level drop and inconsistent charging interface standards. Based on the phased results of the ship electrification and shore power research project of Yangtze river power, this paper explores the policies, regulations and technical standards of shore power, studies the technology of ship-to-shore connection, and solves the key technical problems of internal shore power. This paper is of guiding significance to promote the popularization and application of inland riverbank power, accelerate the construction of ecological civilization and green transportation of Chinese ports.
岸电是中国发展低碳经济、减少碳排放、有效应对气候变化、推进绿色水运发展的重要内容之一。海港岸电在中国应用较为成熟,然而内河岸电面临水位落差大、充电接口标准不统一等关键技术难题。本文依托长江电力的船舶电动化及岸电科研项目的阶段性成果,探索岸电的政策法规和技术标准,研究船岸连接技术,以解决内河岸电的关键技术难题。本文对促进内河岸电推广应用,加快中国港口的生态文明建设和绿色交通建设具有指导意义。
