According to official Chinese survey data, the scale of China's mobile medical market reached 2.84 billion Yuan in 2014. It is expected that by the end of 2017, the scale will exceed 10 billion Yuan. The country attaches great importance to the mobile medical market and large-scale capital investment, and chronic disease patients will be the biggest beneficiary group. At present, there are many M- Health APPs in China, but most of their functions are simple, and their usability and maturity are still lacking. Therefore, this paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey and utilize the KANO model to analyse the elders’ requirements of Zhangzhou district in China for M-Health APP’s function. From the research results it can be seen that in addition to the one way and must qualities, the customized and personalized functions will be the favour of the elders’ mind. If M- Health APPs developers can provide these features that people think are attractive, they can not only attract new consumers, but also consolidate loyal consumer groups and enhance the adoption of M-Health Apps for elders
