When undergraduate students’ graduates are employed, they face the phenomenon of falling out of school in the workplace. The biggest problem is that they are lack of innovative creative thinking of cross-disciplinary integration, and it is difficult to solve the real and complex problems. The paper firstly introduce advanced Taiwanese implementation model of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) , follow bridge the teachers’ corporation cross Taiwan Strait, including edit teaching materials, develop interdisciplinary intersection and integration of cross-regional and cross-disciplinary to promote students' comprehensive application ability from multiple perspectives. Secondly, in the training of applied talents, the reform towards the education iron triangle includes teachers' teaching methods, curriculum design and student learning patterns. Subverting the traditional one-way teacher-oriented teaching method, turning into a two-way teaching method, which is based on the student-centered, teacher-assisted interactive teaching, and problem-oriented cases teaching. Finally, the students’ evaluation from the written test method in the classroom to the actual operation, in order to cultivate in line with the industry need talent.
