Enhancement of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing intellectual activity in the company's management system

In the modern economy there is a steady tendency to change the companies capital structure of various activity types in economically developed countries, which consists in the steady growth of intangible assets share and intellectual capital.
An important role in intellectual (infrastructural) capital is played by knowledge management systems designed to form, update and apply knowledge in order to maximize the effectiveness of the company's operations.
The purpose of the research: development of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing intellectual activity (knowledge) in the company's management system.
Data and Methods: system approach, comparative and regression analysis, concepts of strategic management, resource approach, competitive advantages, intellectual capital.
Result and Conclusions: The conception of "organizational capital" is clarified, by which is meant the results crop of intellectual activity and the infrastructure for supporting corporate activities; the main scientific approaches to the classification of organizational capital were analyzed and its structure was proposed.
The problems of managing organizational capital and the indirect nature of the organizational capital impact on the company's performance are revealed.
A conceptual approach has been developed to improve the organizational and economic system for supporting the implementation of technology projects in the oil companies organizational capital, which includes three subsystems: methodical, managerial and normative.
The authors proposed to modernize the knowledge management system based on the application of the project approach, which ensures the interrelation of this system with the evaluation and implementation of oil companies technological projects.
